How long will it take for my product(s) to appear in
the INBM On-Line
Store?
It takes 24 to 72 hours to set up
a website depending upon the number of items
and the complexity of the web page(s).
What methods of payment will be accepted in the INBM
On-Line Store?
Customers will be able to use Visa,
MasterCard, American Express,
Discover/Novus, ATM/Debit cards
and checks for goods sold in our stores.
How will I be notified when I receive orders?
In order to ensure the timely processing
of orders, we require
an e-mail address for notification.
There is a 7- 10 day delivery time.
Failure to meet the demands of
timely shipping may result in the
discontinuance of your products
in our store.
How will my business receive payment for each transaction?
INBM will tally your products sales
transactions every 15th and 30th of the
month. We will transfer the total
amount of funds due to your company.s bank
account, or send you a check within
24 hours after tallying your account.
Will my business receive a statement of the transactions
processed?
A statement of your products sales
transactions will be issued with every
payment disbursed. Payments will
only be made on items which have been
given a processing time of 14-days
or more. Allowing at least 14-days ensures
that the products(s) have been
shipped and received. This processing time cuts
back on customer chargeback requests
in the event that shipment is not
received, a wrong order or item
was shipped, or damage is reported.
What happens if there is a problem with the order I
shipped?
If a discrepancy in an order occurs,
the transaction will be given a minimum
14-day additional processing time
before payment is disbursed while the
discrepancy is resolved. The reason
for the delayed payment will appear
on the statement on which money
for this transaction is disbursed.
Are my funds guaranteed?
Any customer has the right to dispute
a credit card charge from the card.s
issuing bank. If a charge
is challenged, a retrieval request will be sent to you
asking for proof that the product
has been sent to the customer. In addition,
INBM has the right to discontinue
service for many reasons as stated in the
Merchant Agreement.
