             payment, and all you have to do is process the order. 

             The INBM webstore system is a network of products that we
             market. By allowing us to market your products in our webstore, they
             will be exposed on the World Wide Web to virtually billions of people. 
             Internet consumers are far more comfortable when they see that they
             are shopping with a merchant who accepts online payments in a
             secure environment. It makes you, the merchant, more credible. 

             When a consumer enters our webstore they will find an attractive,
             user-friendly design for their online purchases.  The store is hosted on
             our website using a high speed DSL connection, open 24 hrs/7 days. 
             All transactions take place safely using Secure Sockets Layer version
             3.0 (SSL3)- the best on the Internet. 

             Credit card and Check payments are processed by INBM for
             products sold in our store. The Merchant (you) is notified by e-mail
             when the product that we market is sold and all the merchant has to
             do is ship out the product. Shipping charges are included with the
             purchase amount and are paid for in total by the customer in real-time
             (at the time of purchase). 

             We process payments for Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
             Discover, Novus, ATM/Debit cards and checks. The merchant is
             provided with a statement of the items sold bi-monthly.  Five-percent
             (5%) of every sale is credited to INBM - this is the discount fee
             charged for marketing your product(s). Payments to merchants are
             made every fourteen (14) days for items sold, minus any fees,
             including the discount fee for that period. 

             Each product with a unique description is considered one item.
